My hair has never looked so good, I never used to have ‘good hair days’ but now every day is one! The team are welcoming and friendly, the skill and creativity of Niamh especially make this place a genuine hidden treasure in Northampton! The space is a lovely warm vibe too.

During my first visit, my hair initially turned out a slightly different colour from what I wanted - expected due to my starting colour - Tilly immediately took the time to fix it. She gives you excellent advice regarding colouring and styling but doesn't push her views onto you. She is always happy to adapt and try different things. The hair factory has a really nice feel to it. Go and try them out, well worth a visit!"

"Adam is not only amazing with hair but also a genuinely lovely person who I’m very happy to have met. Before meeting him I’d completely fallen out of love with my hair and had no idea what I wanted to do with it. He took the time to work out what I was missing and after only a few appointments I already feel like myself again and am back to loving my hair. I trust his opinion and am happy to let him take the lead and make suggestions, and it’s been a long time since I’ve found that in a hairdresser.
